Today we'll talk about YouTube as a medium of delivering your story on video or to market your product. YouTube is the second-largest search engine in the world so why not discover it. Today video is the most interactive method of communication on the Internet and that is the reason YouTube has taken second place in search engines after Google. So with the emergence of millions of videos, the need for Video Marketing develops. Most of the content on YouTube has been uploaded by individuals, the original idea was exactly there to share the experience. YouTube was founded by Chad Hurley Steve Chen and Jarhead Kerim who were all early employers of Pay-Pal. According to Wikipedia in October 2006 Google announced that it has acquired YouTube for 1.65 billion dollars in Google's stock and the deal was finalized on November 13th, 2006.

Here comes our favorite question, why is it important to me? well because people love videos people spend more time on websites that have video, video marketing can build up your brand and credibility. I personally know that whenever I purchase a new tool or want to learn something I turn straight to YouTube to watch reviews and demonstrations. Now it is your turn to create your video. If you are looking to go viral try to grab your audience's attention within the opening moments and try to keep your goals reasonable and within your capabilities considering you may not have the prowess of big-name producers or big-name budgets. A YouTube video doesn't have to be of the highest caliber as far as technical design goes because the content itself will say much more than your potentially poor audio or video ever could. Also depending on how intricate or complex you plan on making a video consider scripting storyboarding or other pre-production tasks but remember the key to success with your video marketing is to know your audience your personas like who would want to associate with your product or brand or who would like to buy from me. You're buying persona's, insightful by persona profiles informed strategies for persuasive messaging, content marketing, product or solution launches, campaigns, and sales alignments. Your video marketing messages should be crafted with these personas in mind.

Getting back to video content here are some tips. If you are making your own videos there are a lot of technical aspects that go into quality production but there are some basic principles you should know before putting a video up on your website. Make sure the audio is properly balanced as poor sounding audio will make your users leave before watching the entire video. Include a title at the beginning of the video so users watching it out of context such as an embedded video will still understand what they are looking at. It may sometimes be useful to add the date to the beginning of the video. if your video includes interviews be sure to make use of title bars with the person's name and makee sure to properly credit anyone who had a part in the video production especially if you contacted someone to create a video for you. Include a call to action in your video such as asking the user to visit your website. it's particularly helpful when a video is embedded offsite or to call for more information. In this particular case, a software called Rubix will be a helping hand, Rubix lets you add interactive apps to your videos that engage viewers and drive calls to action.

Setting up the account

Now to set up your account, go on to YouTube and click Create Account in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will lead you to the Google accounts page where you should fill in all the necessary fields to create a Google account and this will also be your YouTube account. If you already have a Google account you want to use then this step is unnecessary.

Next, you'll need to create a YouTube channel to upload your videos. Your channel will form the heart of your brands and once you start to get noticed you'll see more and more users subscribing to your channel. At this point in that process, you should think hard about the name of your channel and you would want to pick something memorable and easy to pronounce and perhaps a name that in some way is related to the subject of your videos.

These days there are lots of professional well-produced videos on YouTube but you'll still watch a parlor video that looks like they were shot with an iPhone and there's nothing wrong with shooting with an iPhone If that's all you have but make sure the audio is clear and consider subtitles if you have a thick accent and make sure the subject is in focus since nothing turns viewers off more than shoddy production values and you'll never make it with a big channel full of fuzzy out of focus videos with poor audio so consider buying a good microphone and also think of software to edit your videos. We recommend you look at AVS which is really easy to use and easy to learn editing programs. AVS offers a video converter audio editor, avs video editor, avs audio converter, and other reliable tools.
